End of the project ICARS with satisfatory results. Begin of the project VALET

The project ICAS finishes at the end of September 2015 and the project VALET begins. Looking forward to start working on multiple autonomous vehicles performing "Platooning" techniques and solving lots of hardware-firmware-software-theory issues.
